ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The arrivals/departures are expected on Saturday and on Sunday.

ARRIVALS: You can get the apartment from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. of the day of your arrival.
We cannot assure the immediate delivery of the apartment for arrivals before 5 p.m.
It is strictly forbidden to get animals of any species or size and to busy the apartment with more persons than the bed expected.
Contrarily the administration is justify to remove immediately the persons in excess and to give a penalty

DEPARTURES: You must free the apartments from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. of the day of your departure except specials communications from the administration.
Telephonic expenses and extras will be paid at the reception at the moment of the restitution of the key.

Animals: not allowed.

Caution money: at the moment of your arrival you must pay € 150,00 per apartment as deposit for possible damages in the building or objects. This price will be returned at the moment of your departure after a check of the apartment.
At the moment of the payment of caution you will receive regular receipt for payment.
For departures before 8.00 a.m., the caution will be sent.

Payble on the spot: internet, individual use of sports courts, individual sport lessons, dance lessons, guided excursions. Diving and sailing, medical and pharmacy service (ad 4 km.).

Club card (28/05 - 17/09): Includes use of swimming pool with parasols and sun beds (limited availability), use of whirlpool.
Collective lessons of swimming, tennis, aerobic, dance, water gym, use of sports ground according to the animation programme, beach volley competitions, soccer, tennis, table tennis, etc.
Day and evening animation with games and competitions, piano bar, cabaret, entertainment, dance and disco evenings.
Mini club 3/11 years and Teens club 12/18 years with activities and specialized personnel (fixed times).

The services in area A and B are accessible for every client of the complex.

ANNULMENT

Annulment; the booking can be cancelled in every moment and the amount will be returned keeping a penalty changeable according to the standard CEE that regulate the acquired of tourist package (except bank costs) as follows:

• for annulment within 30 days before the arrival: 10% of penalty
• for annulment within 21 days before the arrival: 25% of penalty
• for annulment within 11 days before the arrival: 50% of penalty
• for annulment within 4 days before the arrival: 75 % of penalty
•for annulment within 3 days before the arrival or missed arrival: 100% of penalty

After getting the apartment you have the full responsibility of it.

In chance of reduction of the stay, as according and paid, no amount will be returned.
