Saved Holiday


Booking directly with us gives you the best rates and the opportunity to change date and/or treatment of your holiday within 8 days of the arrival.

This service is free of charge.

Upon cancellation, part of the payment that normally becomes penalty (according to normal contract conditions) will be fully refunded through a holiday voucher. This voucher is valid for a new weekly reservation made within 365 days from the departure date of the canceled holiday, in accordance with the availability of the Resort.

The deadline for requesting the Saved Holiday will be 3 days in the event of government restrictions related to the health emergency that prevented travel.
